AnyPath Terms of Use

Last Updated: August 30, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using AnyPath (the "App"), published by Nurse Alarm LLC ("we" or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.

1License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law or by us in writing.

Your license key is personal and confidential. You may not share, publish, resell, or sublicense it, or circumvent activation or the device limit. You are responsible for all activations under your key, and we may deactivate a key we reasonably believe is shared or abused.

2What the App Does

The App copies the local path, folder path, cloud link, or web address of the item in your active window to your clipboard, and can present a draggable chip for the copied file. It is designed to fail safely: when it cannot identify the active item with confidence, it reports a clear failure rather than copying an incorrect path.

The App checks for updates automatically and may download and install them; on Windows this happens through the Microsoft Store. Automatic checking can be turned off. Updates are governed by these Terms, and we may change, add, or remove features over time.

3Third-Party Applications

The App interoperates with third-party applications. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by their publishers, and all third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Support for a given application may change, degrade, or be discontinued if that application changes.

4Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://anypathapp.com/privacy.

5Free Tier, Premium, and Purchases

The App offers a free tier and an optional paid "Premium" upgrade, sold as a subscription, as a one-time ("lifetime") license, or both, and which may include free-trial or promotional pricing. Prices may change over time; a price change will not affect a period you have already paid for.

Windows purchases: All purchases are processed by the Microsoft Store under Microsoft's terms. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation follow the store's rules, managed in your Microsoft account. Refund requests must be directed to Microsoft; we cannot process store payments or refunds.

macOS purchases: Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record under its terms. Licenses are non-refundable. The 7-day free trial is offered on the annual plan only; the lifetime license has no trial, so the free tier is the way to evaluate before buying it. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; your license remains active to the end of the period you have already paid for. A lifetime license does not expire and has nothing to cancel. Some jurisdictions grant a statutory right of withdrawal, and where that applies our payment provider honors it regardless of this policy. A license may be activated on up to three Macs; activating a fourth automatically signs out the one activated longest ago.

Lifetime licenses: A "lifetime" purchase is a one-time license for the platform on which it was purchased. It covers that product, including its updates, for as long as we offer and support the product on that platform. It does not include versions of the App for other platforms.

6Intellectual Property

The App, its name, logos, and all associated content are owned by Nurse Alarm LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them for any purpose without obligation, compensation, or confidentiality.

7Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

8No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The App is a convenience tool provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every application or with future updates of the applications and operating systems it supports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Nurse Alarm LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one U.S. dollar ($1.00).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-excludable consumer guarantees. Where a jurisdiction does not permit an exclusion or limitation above, it applies only to the maximum extent that jurisdiction allows.

9Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with venue in Travis County, Texas, to the extent permitted by law and by the applicable app store's terms.

Disputes are brought individually. You and we waive any right to bring or join a class, collective, or representative action, and an arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over one. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, or seek injunctive relief in court against infringement or misuse of its intellectual property. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; the rest of this section still applies.

10Microsoft Store Additional Terms

Where the App is obtained through the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms also apply, and, in the event of a conflict regarding the store transaction, those terms govern that transaction.

11General

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the App and supersede any prior statement, including marketing and documentation. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not without our written consent. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction or on a restricted-party list.

12Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted at https://anypathapp.com/terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions: [email protected].
